A fusion between two respected family winemaking families - Oliver’s Taranga and Mike Press Wines - Oliver & Press is a well-equipped, nationally accredited contract winemaking facility that provides premium wine producers with the end-to-end winery support they need to produce high-quality, individually styled wines.
From grape to glass, our award-winning team offer complete winemaking guidance and advice, ensuring you retain complete control over the process, while helping you craft exceptional wines without compromise.

OUR WINERY.
A well-equipped contract wine processing facility based in McLaren Vale, South Australia, Oliver & Press Winemakers cater to all types of premium grape and wine processing.
From 2 tonne small batches, with capacity of up to 30 tonnes, you’ll find all your premium white, rosé and red wine processing needs covered in one place.
Plus, we have extensive barrel and tank storage options to cater to your specific maturation needs.
Ticking all the boxes, Oliver & Press are a certified processor for organic and biodynamic wines too, with regular audits conducted through Australian Certified Organic (ACO).
Additionally, as certified members of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia (SWA) and the HACCP food management program, you can rest assured that the environment - and wine safety - remains central to what we do.

With more than 20 vintages under his belt, Josh intimately understands the demands of vintage and knows how important it is to ensure your precious fruit is delivered into the winery - and processed accordingly - at the optimum time, without compromise.
In fact, his meticulous, vineyard and grape-first approach has seen clients go on to win numerous awards, medals and trophies at wine shows all across the globe.
Also specialising in crafting organic and biodynamic wines without the use of inorganic chemicals, Josh’s gentle hand ensures you extract the very best from your grapes.
